ammad, about the spoils of war: what to do with them, to whom they belong, and how they are to be divided among the victors. Say to them, ?They belong to Allâh and to the Messenger who follows Allâh’s divine instructions. The main thing is that you people be pious to Allâh as He deserves, stand firm to Allâh’s principles and purpose, adjust all matters of difference, and obey Allâh and His Messenger if indeed you are believers.?
